Lift Qi Up is an meditative exercise with soft in- and outgoing movements, opening and closing your body and exchanging energy. This exercise is beneficial for your nervous system, mood, muscles, tendons, meridians and organs. Dr Pang Ming, the founder of Zhineng Qigong, gave us the minimal requirements of Lift Qi up. They are:

1. The ability to feel the expansion and contraction of the surrounding qi when you practice this beautiful exercise.

2. The ability to feel and manage open-close on any part of the body.

3. The ability to tell where someone is pointing at your back (without touching).

4. The ability to apply Extra Sensory Perception.
