Than you are welcome in our Get-well-sessions! Every Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 till 10:45 CET. Every Monday and Wednesday  8.00pm to 8.45pm New York time. One of the simple exercises we practise together is “the Big La Qi” In this short video you can see a short explanation of this exercise.
